Overview We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Design Engineering Team Lead (ETL) to manage a high-performing design team and ensure the successful delivery of aircraft structural design project. This role demands deep expertise in aircraft composite structural design, CAD modelling, and design governance, combined with strong leadership and project delivery skills.
