Senior Aviation Project Manager

Who We Are: The Space Systems Directorate is a multidisciplinary team of engineers, program managers, and technicians to develop spaceflight missions, spacecraft, spacecraft avionics systems, spacecraft payloads, and lighter than air systems. The Spacecraft Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&amp;T) section is comprised of a team of engineers, engineering technologists, and technicians who assemble and test the spacecraft to verify the design and deliver the flight product. Job Description Summary: Overall management of Aviation construction project resulting in successful project completion. This position will be focused regionally in the Carolinas. Our technologies are powering a cleaner future and advancing state-of-the-art propulsion systems for air and space flight. Unsteady, reacting flow, multiphase, and fluid-structure interaction experience also considered.</li><li>Experience with combustion processes and the design of subsonic or supersonic combustors is highly desirable but not mandatory.
