Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of measurable experience in Aviation Aftermarket trading</li><li>The ability to work from the Crawley, UK warehouse a minimum of 1 day a week.</li><li>Existing strong business relationships with individuals and companies in our market/industry</li><li>Must have exceptional excel knowledge including the use of Vlookups and pivot tables.</li><li>A strong analytical mind and ability to identify trends and anomalies in the market to gain competitive advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to navigate market conditions and make strategic purchases</li><li>Responsive to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Exceptional negotiation and follow-up skills</li><li>Flexible with a strong team spirit</li><li>Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company</li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers to understand their needs and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.</li><li>Learn and utilize CRM and data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data, identifying actionable purchase opportunities.</li><li>Issue purchase orders based on internal needs and inventory levels, ensuring that materials are ordered in a timely and cost-effectively.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.</li><li>Manage a personal inventory portfolio of around $1-2 Million, ensuring pricing is kept up-to-date and competitive.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs as shared by mgmt) and understand how you can use your KPI's to make a positive impact and/or changes when KPI's are lower than expected. </li><li>Gather in depth knowledge about market trends on assigned projects.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives by sharing social media posts made by Pioneer, yourself or colleagues to promote sales, hiring or acquisition.</li><li>Identify and develop new markets, enhancing purchasing reach and capabilities.</li><li>Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as necessary.</li><li>Participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate with colleagues.</li></ul>Why Join Pioneer Aero Supply?
