Job Summary:
Quest Global provides managed service engineering support to a wide range of high technology OEM's. A position has become available for a Junior Aerospace Engineer to support a major project within the aerospace industry, based full-time in Bristol, UK.
Example duties:
The Junior Aerospace Engineer will support the customer senior manager by providing administration, office, calendar and some technical support. A forward-thinking individual will be required to support in raising IT applications, managing requests, and calendar management as well as but not limited to:
Required Skills (Technical Competencies):
Gas turbine or engineering training/experience or equivalent aerospace industry experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Previous exposure to an engineering office environment is desirable
Required Skills (Behavioural Competencies):
The job requires excellent personal organisational and communication skills, as methodical working and interaction with the customer are essential elements to this position. After initial orientation and training, the successful candidate will be required to perform duties and responsibilities independently.

- Updating and verifying customer spreadsheets
- Ordering workwear and PPEs on demand
- Assisting with Excel/PowerBI dashboards and templates for engineering work purposes
- Creating access requests for visitors to offices and labs and site passes
- Scheduling meetings for managers and senior engineers
- Booking conference rooms and catering services
- Reporting and helping with resolving IT issues of employees
Required Skills (Technical Competencies):
Gas turbine or engineering training/experience or equivalent aerospace industry experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
