Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily airport service delivery and ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with airport departments and manage airside pass processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams for peak performance.
- Act as the go-to contact for issue escalation and resolution.
- Drive efficiency through process improvements and cost control.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance across all activities.
- Build strong client relationships as the main operational contact.
- Align services with customer goals through regular engagement.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Support customer reviews and ongoing satisfaction.
- 5+ years in Airport Ops, IT Ops, or Customer Success
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
- Experience in aviation or airport services (a plus)
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
