The Role
The Aviation Liability Adjuster ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of our Aviation business in the UK, from both Operations and Commercial perspectives. This hands-on Surveyor plays a crucial role in implementing the regional business development strategy and driving growth within the UK Aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
Founded in 1884 as a mutual insurance association, Charles Taylor began under the leadership of coal merchant Charles Taylor, whose astute management set the foundation for growth. Today, we are a global leader providing insurance services and technology solutions, with approximately 4,000 experts across 120+ countries on six continents.
Our deep specialist expertise-from loss adjusters to forensic accountants-helps the global insurance market overcome its challenges. Through trusted partnerships, we build long-term, personal relationships with clients based on trust and collaboration. Our advanced technology enhances the customer experience from start to finish. Thanks to our global reach, clients can access our services wherever and whenever they need us.
Our adjusting team consists of experts specialising in commercial losses and claims across major lines and regions, many of which are complex and large-scale. We manage onshore and offshore claims through four main divisions: Property, Casualty, Technical & Special Risks, Marine, Aviation, and Natural Resources. We take pride in being a leading global loss adjuster across all disciplines.
Our Aviation division handles various claims, from substantial aircraft damage requiring complex repairs to investigating major accidents involving the total loss of passenger or cargo aircraft. With Aviation teams worldwide, all experts in their fields, we respond swiftly and effectively to all types of hull and liability claims.
