What's on offer:
- £28,000-£30,000 per annum
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (you'll get 2 weekdays off that week)
- 29 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

- Source, attract and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment channels
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations, client requirements and industry standards
- Meet and exceed your placement targets while actively supporting the wider team
- Guide candidates through their journey - from first contact to induction and beyond
- Build strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sites
- Work closely with our referencing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Lead on onboarding processes - from booking assessments and e-learning, to supporting day-one check-ins
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to date
- Communicate regularly with placed candidates to support retention
- Someone who's proactive and confident solving problems before they escalate
- A team player who supports colleagues and contributes to shared success
- Someone who takes real ownership of their work and delivers on their commitments
- Commercial awareness - you understand how great recruitment drives client performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Someone who's happy working independently and using their own initiative
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is preferred
