We are seeking a full time Technical Records Officer to join our friendly Continuing Airworthiness Management office (CAMO). We are looking for an individual who will be an essential part of a highly dedicated and self-motivated team. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of all aircrafts are carried out in accordance with the approved maintenance program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Based at Doncaster or Lasham and reporting to the Technical Records Manager, the Technical Records Officers key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Processing of daily flight information including data entry using excel documents and computer software system used.
- Preparation and raising of work packs for scheduled aircraft maintenance.
- Ensuring information in completed work packs are accurate and carried out in accordance with the correct maintenance program/data. Processing and inputting the information into the computer software, ensuring all aircraft maintenance tasks are captured.
- Collating, recording and maintaining of aircraft records.
- Updating aircraft logbooks - recording of aircraft/engine hours and cycles. Updating modification and repair records.
- Control of airworthiness records and archiving. Maintain the archive and electronic backups in accordance with regulations and company Airworthiness procedures.
- Monitoring of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletin publications applicability and compliance.
- Strong IT skills, including demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work as part of a team and without direct supervision.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
- To be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)/ Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) reference.
