To support this, we're hiring a skilled and certified Aviation Trainer to deliver operational training across key aviation functions.
About the RoleAs our Aviation Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering CAA-compliant training across areas such as:
- Airside Driving
- Pushback and Towing
- Aircraft Marshalling
- PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) Assistance
- Other operational airport roles as required
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering aviation operational training at UK airports
- Certified Instructor Number (CIN) recognised by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong knowledge of airside safety, operational standards, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Ability to maintain accurate training records and support internal quality assurance
