YOUR ROLE
In this role you will play a key role in using your industry and operational experience to:
• Work with our clients, understand their challenges and build solutions
• Build business cases
• Conduct analysis
• Support project delivery
• Create client deliverables
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
• Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
You will have:
• A deep understanding of the A&D manufacturing industry processes and operations
• An engineering academic background e.g Aerospace Engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering....
• An understanding of lean processes, building business cases and analysis of data
• An understanding of applicable operational technology and familiarity with current business technologies e.g SAP; Data and AI; PLM ; Cloud Technologies
• Worked on industry transformation projects
Optional:
• Currently working in the aerospace and defence manufacturing industry, or having industry experience and working for a major consulting company, with proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization.
Applicants must be UK British nationals (single nationality) and must comply with UK security clearance requirements, including no trips longer than 28 consecutive days outside the UK in the last 5 years, in order to be eligible for security clearance, in accordance with UK law.
