Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance team where you will provide an efficient and effective service to our customers and sales teams, understanding their needs and working to exceed those wherever possible.
The day to day includes processing documentation for financial agreements, facilitating pay-outs and managing the 'in-life' journey of our customers.
You will be an integral part of the Sales and Customer Relationship Team with in the Aviation and Marine business, providing essential support to the Sales Teams and Customers of the business.. The role will focus on creating and maintaining good sales, customer and supplier relationships to increase and enhance our levels of service.

You will be an integral part of the Sales and Customer Relationship Team with in the Aviation and Marine business, providing essential support to the Sales Teams and Customers of the business.. The role will focus on creating and maintaining good sales, customer and supplier relationships to increase and enhance our levels of service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Sales and our customers to ensure a smooth the onboarding and agreement set up processes while focussing on getting things done right first time.
- Check and collate documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner ensuring that we are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.
- Accurately upload all financial agreements to the platforms (using Salesforce & Alfa)
- Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers
- Issue welcome packs to all new customers within agreed timescales and include all relevant documentation
- Process all deposits and initial payments on ALFA system
- Support the Sales team by speaking to Customers and internal stakeholders to progress with new business transaction
- Receive and respond to enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner
- Address customer complaints in accordance to policy
- Registering security with Companies House and the relevant marine or aviation authority.
- Co-ordination with customers on annual insurance renewals on assets. Checking off aircraft reconciliation on a monthly basis. Monitoring of in-life airworthiness and key registration dates.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven numerate skills and analytical ability
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Proven experience of working proactively and taking initiative
- Experience in providing excellent customer support
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft products
- Have previous knowledge and experience of financial services industries or in a similar operational customer facing role.
