Job Description

As a Flight control System Engineer, you will:
  • Develop (design, implement, validate) cutting edge flight control laws tailored for CycloRotor technology applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive system analysis to assess stability, performance, and fault tolerance of flight control strategies.
  • Integrate control algorithms with embedded and real-time hardware platforms.
  • Model and analyze non-linear dynamic behaviors of aircraft and novel propulsion systems.
  • Prepare and manage validation campaigns, ranging from laboratory testing to full-scale prototype flight demonstrations.
  • Document design decisions, validation results, and system performance for internal knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
  • Deep and hands-on expertise in non-linear control theory.
  • Proven experience designing flight control laws, ideally for over-actuated or multi-rotor aerospace platforms.
  • Fluent in Matlab and Simulink for modeling, simulation, and control system development.
  • Skilled in auto-generating C code from Matlab/Simulink models.
  • Experience with Speedgoat HiL platforms is an advantage.
  • Python knowledge is a plus.
