As a member of the Aerospace and Defense Industry Solution team, your mission is to drive innovation and excellence in the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions tailored to the unique needs of the aerospace and defense sector. You will contribute to the modernization of critical systems, enhance operational efficiency, and support the strategic goals of our clients, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technological advancements and industry standards. Your focus will be on the Keep Them Operating Industry Solution Experience, transforming the domain of Support & Service Engineering, MRO and Operations, for aircrafts, defense systems, spaceships and entire fleets.

Role Description & Responsibilities
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic goals of the Dassault Systèmes Aerospace & Defense Industry strategy.
Qualifications
• With a Master's degree (Bac +5) and initial experience (minimum 3 years) in an international position as a Senior Manager, you have developed the key skills required for the role, as well as the ability to communicate with high-level internal clients.
• You are an expert in the domain of Service Engineering, MRO or fleet operations well educated and experienced in the execution of the required business process and digital tools.
• Your professional experience was acquired in the Aerospace & Defense Industry for a large OEM, Tier Supplier or at a large MRO company.
• You bring your market expertise to the benefit of your internal client and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You love the Aerospace & Defense Industry, the digital transformation and data & AI driven opportunities and solutions to come.
• You speak English fluently, and any other language is appreciated.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement industry-specific solutions that address the complex challenges faced by aerospace and defense organizations in the aftermarket domain.
- Ensure that solutions align with the strategic vision and roadmap of the industry and Dassault Systemes, focusing on modernization, digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Technical Expertise and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and industry best practices in aerospace and defense.
- Provide technical expertise and innovative ideas to enhance the capabilities of our solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations with a focus on the new Dassault Systemes 3DUNIVERSES Generative AI solution capabilities and strategy.
- Client Engagement and Support:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive value and improve operational performance.
- Offer ongoing support and training to ensure clients can effectively utilize our solutions and achieve their strategic objectives.
- Project Management and Governance:
- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer and internal Dassault Systemes Industry projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of governance structures and mechanisms that support the successful delivery and sustainability of modernization efforts.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and digital enterprise teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions.
