Your tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs
- Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS)
- Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification.
- Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up.
- Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements.
- Manage training records and certification documentation.
- Strong background in EASA environments.
- Knowledgeable in EN 9100/9110 standards.
- Experience in QA, MRO, and ATO environments.
- Fluent in FR/EN (written & spoken).
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective in training delivery and technical presentations.
- Solid understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiar with global aerospace standards.
- B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.
