Your tasks & responsibilities
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs
  • Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS)
  • Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification.
  • Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up.
  • Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements.
  • Manage training records and certification documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong background in EASA environments.
  • Knowledgeable in EN 9100/9110 standards.
  • Experience in QA, MRO, and ATO environments.
  • Fluent in FR/EN (written & spoken).
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective in training delivery and technical presentations.
  • Solid understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiar with global aerospace standards.
Qualifications required:
  • B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.
