Scope: Full Time, Employed Model: Fully Onsite Salary: As Per Industry Norm Industry: Aerospace Your tasks &amp; responsibilities <ul><li>Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs</li><li>Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS)</li><li>Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification.</li><li>Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up.</li><li>Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements.</li><li>Manage training records and certification documentation.</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Strong background in EASA environments.</li><li>Knowledgeable in EN 9100/9110 standards.</li><li>Experience in QA, MRO, and ATO environments.</li><li>Fluent in FR/EN (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Effective in training delivery and technical presentations.</li><li>Solid understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Familiar with global aerospace standards.</li></ul>Qualifications required: <ul><li>B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial &amp; Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.</li></ul>
