KF Aerospace Opens Hangar Doors for Career Fair
KF Aerospace, Kelowna's largest private employer, is inviting the community for a behind-the-scenes look at its operations during a Career Fair and Open House on Wednesday, September 24 at its YLW (Kelowna) headquarters.
The event, open to the public from 3:00 to 6:30 pm, will offer guided facility tours, information booths and the chance to meet KF staff from across its diverse operations-including skilled trades, aerospace engineering, IT, customer service, and administration.
"This year marks our 55th anniversary at KF Aerospace,"says Anne Downie, Human Resources Director. "Our Kelowna base spans 400,000 square feet and is home to a vibrant employee community with 800 staff in all stages of their careers, across a variety of disciplines."
KF is proud to offer its staff industry competitive wages, a comprehensive employee benefits package with extended medical and dental coverage, paid time-off, career advancement, and an annual profit-sharing program.
