Sherwin-Williams Aerospace is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our market development and sales efforts across EMEA. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on growing our aerospace coatings business in commercial, general aviation, and military sectors.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market development for Sherwin-Williams Aerospace products across EMEA.
  • Manage and support key customer accounts including OEMs, MROs, and distribution partners.
  • Oversee distributor activities and blending facility operations related to aerospace products.
  • Deliver technical training and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and account management plans.
  • Coordinate with global teams to align regional initiatives with broader business goals.
Essential Functions
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized account list with market potential analysis.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and coordinate technical service support.
  • Lead trial applications and problem-solving efforts at customer sites.
  • Propose pricing strategies and sales programs tailored to regional needs.
  • Gain product approvals at OEM and aftermarket accounts.
  • Submit monthly reports and quarterly updates to the Sales Director.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.
Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Aerospace Sales
Experience:
  • 5-10 years in account and territory management
  • Proven success managing technical customer relationships
  • Aerospace industry knowledge required
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, MS365, etc.)
Skills:
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
