You'll lead functional delivery on enterprise-scale CloudSuite projects, driving fit-to-standard solutions, improving business processes, and working closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes
- Leading functional workstreams within large consulting engagements, collaborating closely with client teams
- Analysing business needs and translating them into fit-to-standard CloudSuite solutions
- Leading requirements elicitation activities, including supporting complex scenarios and resolving escalations with customer stakeholders
- Designing and improving end-to-end business processes aligned with industry best practices
- Owning the quality and integrity of functional deliverables across project phases
- Supporting change enablement, knowledge transfer, and user adoption activities
- Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Experience within ERP or CloudSuite environments
- Experience working within Aerospace & Defence or similar regulated discrete manufacturing industries
- Strong capability in leading requirements elicitation in complex, ambiguous, or escalated situations
- Experience working on complex, client-facing consulting engagements
- Ability to lead discussions with customer stakeholders and take ownership of deliverables
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements
- Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite, particularly Infor LN
- Experience applying structured methodologies such as Time to Value (T2V)
- Experience supporting organizational change and system adoption
