We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help lead this mission, focusing on ACARS messaging products used by major airlines in our Connected Aviation division.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in our product development team, turning product vision and roadmap into features that deliver the greatest business value. You will bridge the gap between end customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams, ensuring delivery of high-impact solutions.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Winnersh office, offering flexibility to balance in office collaboration with remote work.

What You Will Do
- Drive innovation and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Champion the product vision and roadmap, leading delivery from ideation to execution
- Engage directly with customers through workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions
- Break down large features into smaller, valuable increments
- Prioritise backlog items based on business value
- Translate the product roadmap into detailed requirements (user stories, features, acceptance criteria)
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and development teams to refine features
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the Scrum Master to ensure delivery commitments are met
- How to deliver customer-focused digital and self-service products in a global aerospace organisation
- How to balance business needs, customer experience, and technical delivery in a fast-paced environment
- How to manage product roadmaps and priorities across multiple stakeholders
- How to drive innovation within Agile product development teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working as a Product Owner
- Experience delivering SaaS applications
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Strong understanding of business value related to product features
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities
- Technical background
- Experience working in aerospace and/or aviation domains
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience using AzureDevOps and/or Aha!
- Experience in Change Management
