Due to continued business growth & expansion in Middle East, Trip.com Group has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially astute Senior Key Account Manager (Middle East) to join our flight commercial team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Airline Director - Middle East you will be responsible for developing and implementing the airline commercial strategy to drive fight segment growth and flight market share within Middle East.

Due to continued business growth & expansion in Middle East, Trip.com Group has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially astute Senior Key Account Manager (Middle East) to join our flight commercial team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Airline Director - Middle East you will be responsible for developing and implementing the airline commercial strategy to drive fight segment growth and flight market share within Middle East.
In this Role, you'll get to
- Accountable for managing & negotiating various global, regional and local commercial agreements with key airline partners with responsibility for implementing initiatives and strategies to drive commercial effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and potential business partners, which includes representing Trip.com at all airline and industry events in Middle East.
- Analyze complex data and use insights to drive revenue generating / share shifting actions for the flights line of business
- Provide analyses of competitive environments and identify proactive sales and commercial initiatives accordingly
- Establish effective networking partnerships between new and existing contacts to support the development and implementation of innovative commercial business opportunities
- Responsibility for working with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to Marketing, Flight Product, Revenue Management and Operational teams in both Shanghai and across the Middle East region.
- Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 7-8 years of senior commercial experience within an Airline, Agency or GDS background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationship with professional of all organization levels, including CxO.
- Track record & expert in handling complex data & Business Intelligence visualization tools.
- Superior knowledge of the online travel market as well as an understanding of primary sales channels operating within this environment.
- Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners.
- Cross functional experience (product marketing, product development & project management experience)
- Results orientated and experience working to strict deadlines.
- Team player who's able to work in fast paced environment who can initiate & bring new, unique ideas to the table
