Technician (Aerospace)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive technician to join our dynamic Faculty Technical Operations team, which strives to provide a sector leading technical support for our students and staff. The purpose of this role is:

• To work as a technician within the Aerospace Platform supporting research across Aerospace disciplines within the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
• To support research activities that involve the use of sensors and control systems.
• To help install such equipment in experimental models and facilities.
• To work with other technical and academic staff to define and develop the research test design and protocol.
• To be a member of FSE Technical Operations and support different research teams where required.
