Tender Supply Analyst - Europe Fuel Operations

As a Tender Supply Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective supply of bulk fuel to our Commercial and General Aviation customers across Europe. What You'll Be Doing
- Support the European Supply and Bulk Sales teams with data, analysis, and coordination
- Manage tender processes and input pricing data into our Tender Management System (TMS)
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate contract setup and pricing
- Handle invoice queries and assist with partner onboarding
- Monitor market conditions and adjust system quote levels accordingly
- Collaborate across departments to support niche sales opportunities and strategic tenders
- Use tools like Oracle CXL and TMS for reporting and analysis.
Essential Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Passion for supply chain and the commodities industry
- Understanding of hedging and price risk management
- Experience in fuel supply chain or energy logistics
- Degree-qualified or equivalent industry experience
- Additional European languages are a plus.
