Tender Supply Analyst - Europe Fuel Operations

Location: Canary Wharf, One Canada Square

As a Tender Supply Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective supply of bulk fuel to our Commercial and General Aviation customers across Europe. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and wants to make a real impact in the energy and commodities space.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the European Supply and Bulk Sales teams with data, analysis, and coordination
  • Manage tender processes and input pricing data into our Tender Management System (TMS)
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate contract setup and pricing
  • Handle invoice queries and assist with partner onboarding
  • Monitor market conditions and adjust system quote levels accordingly
  • Collaborate across departments to support niche sales opportunities and strategic tenders
  • Use tools like Oracle CXL and TMS for reporting and analysis.
What We're Looking For

Essential Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Passion for supply chain and the commodities industry
Desirable Skills
  • Understanding of hedging and price risk management
  • Experience in fuel supply chain or energy logistics
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent industry experience
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
