We are looking for a: Arenoautical Payload Designer

Site: Pomigliano D'Arco (NA)

Responsabilities

Systems/Structure Integration for Interiors Installation and Aerospace Systems and Equipment

Main Activities:
  • Definition, development, qualification and certification management for: Internal Marking & Placards, Equipment/Furnishing, Water/Waste System, Cargo & Accessory Compartment for the interiors payloads for military transportation, VIP and medical evacuation configurations and cargo compartment;
  • System and Equipment Engineering: requirements and performances analysis, technical specification release, selection and follow-up of systems and equipment suppliers, technical notes, Means of Compliance for Qualification/Certification and technical manuals inputs;
  • Procedure and test requirements development for: Flammability/Smoke/Toxicity, aircraft air launch for palletized systems (Cargo Handling System), para-troops and Search and Rescue systems;
  • Management of the integrated process design through definition and analysis of customer requirements, deployment and design verification defining the (ICD) Interface Control Documents and aircraft inspection reports;
  • Research development of new process and methodology multifunctional for performance prediction (Weight/Cost) and cabin comfort starting from concept with innovative simulation tools.

  • Request of Modification of the Aircraft Configuration
  • Request for Testing for equipment Qualification/Certification
Main Interfaces:
  • System Installation Designers for interfaces with primary / secondary structure
  • Stress Analysts for sizing of structural components
  • Certification specialists for definition and development of equipment means of compliances
  • Material & Processes Engineering for concurrence during development phase
  • Main systems designers (electrical, thermal, etc.) for support about the evaluation of equipment performances and aircraft systems interfaces
Education: Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering.

Seniority: Junior

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering (drawings, processes)
  • Preferred experience in CAD modelling for Aerospace
  • Familiar with requirements' documentation (Technical Specification)
