Youll play a key part in ensuring safety by providing operational, technical and administrative support to the Fly Doncaster Air Traffic Control team. About the Role This role will provide operational support across the Air Traffic Services team working on a variety of different work streams to deliver a safe and efficient service. Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders no two days will be the same. This role will be primarily shift-based to support 24/7 operations as Airport operations grow. Youll work in a professional, supportive, and disciplined team that values integrity, teamwork, and safety above all. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li> Supporting Air Traffic Controllers in both Tower and Radar environments to maintain safe, efficient operations </li> <li> Conducting meteorological observations critical to flight safety </li> <li> Delivering a range of operational and administrative support, including managing regulatory documentation and producing amendments to ATC procedures </li> <li> Participating in safety investigations, supporting the Safety Management System (SMS), and carrying out risk assessments </li> <li> Operating the ATC 3D simulator, developing and running training exercises in coordination with the Unit Training Manager </li> <li> Supporting the Head of Air Traffic Services in delivering internal training, safety improvement projects and audits </li> <li> Maintaining high standards of document control and working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure compliance and safety </li> </ul>The successful Candidate: You will have a passion for aviation and a desire to be part of a developing Air Traffic Control team. Air Traffic Services Assistant

An exciting new position has opened up within Marshall. We are currently seeking an additional Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) for our airport in Cambridge. Air traffic controllers at Cambridge provide Tower, Radar and Approach services for a variety of military and civilian aircraft, within a small and highly motivated team with plenty of opportunities to progress your career. Responsibilities: As an ATCO you will provide a safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of ATC services to all aircraft operating under Instrument &amp; Visual flights rules when arriving, departing, or operating in the vicinity of Cambridge City Airport, de-conflict aircraft from vehicles and other obstructions on the ground while operating at all times within the limitations of their ATC license. You will ensure that all services are provided in conformance with CAA Regulatory Standards and local Cambridge City Airport instructions including CAP 493 (MATS Part 1), MATS Part 2, the Cambridge City Airport Safety Management System, and all other documentation to assure the initial and on-going safety of ATC Operations.
