Air Traffic Control- Operations Manager Permanent Role based at East Midlands Airport The Role As the Air Traffic Control Operations Manager, reporting into the Head of Air Traffic Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the ATC unit at East Midlands Airport, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of aerodrome and airspace services in line with CAA regulations and local procedures. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and maintain air traffic protocols to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with international aviation standards.</li><li>Implement measures to enhance the safety and flow of air traffic within the control zone.</li><li>Recommend updates to procedures and equipment based on technological advancements and operational needs.</li><li>Provide and maintain minimum separation standards between aircraft and vehicles on the ground and in the air traffic circuit.</li><li>Manage air traffic flow for the Terrance B. Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO I)

An exciting new position has opened up within Marshall. We are currently seeking an additional Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) for our airport in Cambridge. Air traffic controllers at Cambridge provide Tower, Radar and Approach services for a variety of military and civilian aircraft, within a small and highly motivated team with plenty of opportunities to progress your career. Responsibilities: As an ATCO you will provide a safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of ATC services to all aircraft operating under Instrument &amp; Visual flights rules when arriving, departing, or operating in the vicinity of Cambridge City Airport, de-conflict aircraft from vehicles and other obstructions on the ground while operating at all times within the limitations of their ATC license. You will ensure that all services are provided in conformance with CAA Regulatory Standards and local Cambridge City Airport instructions including CAP 493 (MATS Part 1), MATS Part 2, the Cambridge City Airport Safety Management System, and all other documentation to assure the initial and on-going safety of ATC Operations.
