- Transport airline crew members between airports and hotels in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride
- Assist passengers with luggage loading and unloading as needed
- Communicate effectively with dispatch via radio, phone, and in-person interactions
- Use GPS and flight tracking technology to monitor schedules and pick-up locations
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, security, and reliability
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, MVR report, and background check
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
