In this Role, you'll get to <ul><li>Leading the airline commercial strategy, key partnerships, and growth initiatives of the French market</li><li>Drive strategic execution to ensure France achieves its revenue, market share, and partnership goals.</li><li>Operate independently with senior stakeholders from French and international airlines, representing Trip.com in high-level negotiations, strategic meetings, and industry forums.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for airline partners in France, managing all commercial, operational, and marketing aspects of the relationship.</li><li>Negotiate and implement high-impact commercial agreements, including incentive deals, co-branded campaigns, and long-term strategic collaborations.</li><li>Analyse complex data sets to uncover revenue opportunities, market trends, and competitive strategies within the French aviation market.</li><li>Build and sustain strong relationships with airline executives, regulatory bodies, and key industry players, representing Trip.com at relevant events and conferences across France.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Revenue Management, and Operations, to deliver successful airline initiatives.</li><li>Provide actionable market insights and regulatory intelligence to support internal strategic planning and decision-making.</li><li>Contribute to the success of regional and global airline partnerships, ensuring alignment with Trip.com's global strategy.</li><li>Travel requirement: Approximately 25-30%</li></ul>What you'll Need to Succeed <ul><li>A Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of commercial experience in the airline, OTA, GDS, or related travel sectors.</li><li>Proven experience managing airline partnerships in France is a strong asset.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the French aviation market, covering both domestic and international segments.</li><li>A successful track record in commercial negotiations, with clear contributions to P&amp;L and strategic account growth.</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in BI tools, data analysis, and market evaluation.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in the airline industry.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with digital marketing, product, and operations teams.</li><li>A proactive, results-oriented approach, comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.</li><li>Fluency in French is essential; professional English proficiency is required for internal communication.</li><li>Chinese language skills are a plus.</li><li>Strong independence and self-management skills.</li><li>A dynamic mindset with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving and commercial opportunities.</li></ul>Why Trip.com Group We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact. Apply today and help us build a more inclusive, sustainable future in the world of satellite technology Who You Are: The satellite avionics /electrical power supply (EPS) engineer will be responsible to overseeing the procurement process for satellite avionic subsystem activities in particular the satellite electrical power supply activities, starting from the development and refinement of technical specifications. This role involves closely monitoring the design phase, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and participating in the assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) activities. He will also lead the evaluation of satellite electrical power supply subsystem performance during ground testing and be involved in the satellite in-orbit acceptance test phase. Close collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams will be essential throughout the project lifecycle. He will report to the Head of Satellite Platform Engineering with the Space Engineering Directorate. What You'll Do: <ul><li>Assess the adequacy of satellite electrical power supply architecture with respect to the mission, security and operation requirements and ensure correct interfacing with other subsystems</li><li>Actively monitor and assess the design, development, build, integration and test of the electrical power supply subsystems from equipment (including for instance solar array, battery, power conditioning unit) to system level up to satellite in-orbit acceptance test review </li><li>Perform on-site review of electrical power supply subsystem test results, including those from launch site campaigns when required, to ensure real-time decision making on test results acceptability </li><li>Represent Eutelsat at technical meetings and reviews at satellite equipment, subsystem, system levels and launcher interface level, including launch campaigns when required, to ensure that (i) Eutelsat requirements on design, analyses and tests have being properly flown down to lower level unit specifications and (ii) the electrical power supply equipment and subsystem performances are compliant to Eutelsat requirements </li><li>Ensure that other members of the satellite platform engineering team and the satellite project teams are kept informed as to progress and issues as and when they arise</li><li>Assist in support the satellite operation engineering team in (i) reviewing flight operations procedures for electrical power supply management, (ii) proposing recommendations for investigation and remedial actions in case of in-orbit anomalies, and (iii) monitoring and evaluating in-orbit performances of spacecraft, for electrical power supply related activities </li><li>Provide electrical power supply engineering expertise as required </li><li>Stay abreast of technology, assist in evaluation of proposal for future programmes and highlight problem areas </li></ul>What It Takes: <ul><li>Master or PhD degree in Space Engineering or relevant technical field </li><li>At least 5-year experience in satellite engineering with a recognised expertise in satellite electrical power supply fields </li><li>Excellent understanding of principles for spacecraft design, manufacture, assembly, integration, test and operation</li><li>Experience in International space projects and in industrial customer/supplier relationship </li><li>Skills in solar array / battery technologies development for space applications would be an asset </li><li>Skills in subsystems electromagnetic compatibility field would be an asset </li><li>Autonomous and proactive working style with excellent working organisation and ethics</li><li>Communicating effectively, excellent relational skills and ability to work in a team with different professional and cultural backgrounds </li><li>Excellent knowledge in English </li></ul>Where You'll Be: Issy-Les-Moulineaux, Paris, France.
