The Role As Aerospace Quality Auditor - Site Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring Ontic's MRO operations remain fully compliant with our Integrated Management System (IMS) approvals, including Part 145, ISO 9001/AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards. You'll take ownership of the site's audit programme, leading and coordinating both internal and external audits while promoting a proactive culture of compliance and continual improvement. Acting under the direction of the Head of IMS Compliance, you'll guide auditors and operational teams to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices. As the IMS focal point for the site, you'll ensure compliance is maintained, changes are managed effectively, and improvements are harmonised across the wider business. You'll also act as the site lead during external regulatory and standards audits, liaising directly with auditors and providing reports and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making.
