Job Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for driving the company's business development, sales and product marketing activities. The CCO will play a critical role in shaping the company's short- and long-term commercial success and ensuring sustainable growth as a Tier 1 supplier in the new market of electric propulsion systems. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: <ul><li>Develop new markets and establish business cases</li><li>Identify and establish strategic partnerships</li><li>Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities</li></ul>Sales Leadership: <ul><li>Develop and execute offer and sales strategies tailored to different customer segments within the aviation or any other business-related industry</li><li>Establish and foster customer relationships </li><li>Establish &amp; run a worldwide sales network</li></ul>Product Marketing &amp; Brand Strategy: <ul><li>Oversee marketing initiatives</li><li>Develop go-to-market strategies for product and services</li></ul>Leadership: <ul><li>Work closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the company's commercial and development strategy</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance &amp; development culture</li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences and networking events.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.</li><li>15+ years of experience in business development, sales and marketing within the aviation and preferably automotive business.</li><li>Experience in eVTOL and in start-up organizations is of advantage.</li><li>Proven track record of driving commercial success in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong industry network and experience withing large and mid-size organizations.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.</li></ul>If you are a visionary commercial leader passionate about aviation and business growth, we invite you to apply and take our company to new heights!
