As a key player in international air cargo transport, we operate across a global network of airports, service providers, and logistics partners. In a highly competitive environment where cost optimization is critical, we are looking for an International Buyer specialized in airport and cargo services, with solid experience in the airline industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Lead the international procurement process for airport services, cargo handling, maintenance, and fuel.</li><li>Define and implement a procurement strategy focused on sustainable cost reduction (cost-cutting) while ensuring quality and compliance.</li><li>Drive negotiations and renegotiations of international contracts with suppliers and service providers.</li><li>Identify performance levers: standardisation, volume consolidation, international tenders, and competitive bidding.</li><li>Conduct market intelligence (fuel prices, airport taxes, cargo trends, industry benchmarks).</li><li>Monitor and challenge supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs.</li><li>Work closely with operational teams (cargo, finance, flight operations) to align procurement needs with business strategy.</li><li>Ensure alignment of CCAC procurement procedures with CMA CGM Group standards.</li></ul>PROFILE: <ul><li>Master's degree (International Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent).</li><li>Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in international procurement within the airline sector (airline, cargo, airport services, or fuel sourcing).</li><li>Strong expertise in international negotiation and management of complex contracts.</li><li>Deep understanding of cost/quality/time challenges in a global, multi-site environment.</li><li>Fluent in English, French is appreciated (another language is a plus).</li><li>Analytical mindset, rigor, strong negotiation skills, result-oriented, with the ability to influence and challenge.</li><li>A strategic role at the core of a fast-growing business.</li></ul>CONTRACT INFORMATION: <ul><li>Permanent contract</li><li>Position based in Marseille</li></ul>We look forward to your submission !

Within Airbus Helicopters System Division, you will join the "Weapon and Electronic Warfare System" department. You will be involved in the design of weapon systems for militarized helicopters.
