Why Chartright: <ul><li>Make an Impact: Play a crucial role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing company in an exciting and dynamic industry</li><li>Join a Winning Team: Be part of a talented, people-focused team committed to delivering exceptional service</li><li>Drive Change: Contribute to our ongoing transformation and growth, using your unique skills to achieve tangible results</li><li>Career Growth: Access unparalleled opportunities for both personal and professional development</li><li>Competitive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including 100% company-paid extended health and dental coverage</li><li>Employee Perks: We offer a variety of partnerships, offering discounts for employees and their families</li><li>Plan for the Future: Benefit from our generous RRSP/DPSP matching program</li></ul>What YOU will do: <ul><li>Act as a Flight Attendant on the Challenger 605 aircraft in Ottawa</li><li>Provide a high level of service to the Owner, their guests, and charter clients while ensuring the safety and comfort of each passenger during flight</li><li>Deliver a detailed and tailored service on every occasion and be meticulous in the attention to detail onboard.</li><li>Confidently deliver a high-end dining experience onboard and be able to create menus which cater to owner and/or guest preferences</li><li>Interact with Operational Staff and Account Managers in the planning phases of all flight itineraries to ensure all requirements are anticipated</li><li>Arrange and confirm owner and/or client catering requirements for each flight using well vetted providers</li><li>In coordination with pilots; prepare, stock/acquire commissary, and clean the aircraft as required both at base and when away from base</li><li>Take direction from all standards, protocols and procedures as defined by the Manager, Cabin Safety and Service and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)</li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times</li></ul>What you bring: <ul><li>Experience in corporate aviation is a must</li><li>Strong culinary and plating skills with ability to prepare meals while in flight</li><li>Hold a valid Canadian Passport with the ability to obtain Visas for entry requirements in to various countries</li><li>Successfully pass a Flight Attendant Initial Training course and keep up to date with Recurrent Training annually</li><li>Valid First Aid Certificate (Level C)</li><li>Must be 19 years of age or older</li><li>Valid Food Handling Training Certificate</li><li>Hold a valid G level Drivers License</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to report for duty within 2 hours of a flight call out</li><li>High School Diploma required; college diploma or university degree is an asset</li><li>Applicants must be in Ottawa or the surrounding area</li></ul>We will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
