Orbex are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive forward our propulsion development programme, you will be supporting launch vehicle R&amp;D projects for the Orbex Prime Launch vehicle to deliver complex systems for spaceflight. Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. As we are working on the detailed design of our Nyx Earth version, which will dock to the space stations around the Earth, we are currently seeking a Technical Planner for Propulsion to support the execution of the Low Earth Orbit Missions. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative Planner to support the Propulsion subsystem lead in managing the schedule, risks, and agile implementation across the team. You will serve as the interface between the Propulsion technical team and the Program team, ensuring alignment of priorities, transparency of progress, and continuous improvement of planning methodologies. Systems Verification Engineer, Integrated Flight and Propulsion Control System (IFPCS)

At NewOrbit Space, our mission it to engineer the lowest orbiting satellites on Earth to rapidly advance global connectivity and insight. We are currently building satellites that can breathe air and operate at an altitude of just 200 km - one-third that of conventional satellites. Thanks to our proprietary propulsion system we can compensate for the atmospheric drag at ultra low altitudes using the air as propellant. Please note that as we prepare for our maiden satellite mission, we are in a critical growth phase. Our roles will often require extended hours and are not typical 9-to-6 positions. Your Role You will be responsible for calculating, designing, testing, and optimizing the electric plasma propulsion system within our vacuum facilities.
