We are seeking an energetic and responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn about the flight business under Trip.com.

In this Role, you'll get to

  • Assist in setting up and coordinating flight marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor and help analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the evaluation and benchmarking of airline pricing.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of all campaign-related tasks.
  • Support flight business operational matters.
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks related to the flight business.
What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly committed to achieving goals and targets.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Energetic and eager to take on new projects and ideas.
