The Role

Due to continued flight growth in Malaysia, Trip.com is seeking a commercial astute Senior Airline Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Airline Director, this role will be responsible for executing the airline commercial strategy in line with our ambition's flight growth plans.

Lead and negotiate global, regional, and local commercial agreements with airline partners to drive commercial performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, industry stakeholders, and partners; represent Trip.com at industry events

• Analyse complex data to identify revenue growth and market share opportunities within the flights business

• Monitor competitive landscapes and develop proactive commercial and sales initiatives

• Establish and grow strategic partnerships to support innovative commercial opportunities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Flight Product, Revenue Management, and Operations across the region.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or above, with 7-8 years' commercial experience within an Airline, OTA, Agency, or GDS environment

• Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth

• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated experience leading and closing complex negotiations

• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights

• Self-starter with the confidence to build new strategies, innovate, and operate autonomously

• Proven success in B2B relationship management and growing long-term partner value

• Solid understanding of the travel industry, online travel market, and key sales channels; experience with travel technology products preferred

• Experience developing and executing performance-driven initiatives with airline partners

• Strong cross-functional experience, including collaboration with product, project management, and operational teams

• Results-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel as required

• Native English required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus for cross-functional collaboration
