Goldair Handling is looking for a dynamic and experienced Airport Manager to lead station operations and ensure excellence in safety, quality, performance and customer service at Bangalore International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for day-to-day station management and operational performance.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Safety (SMS), Quality (QMS), Security and Emergency procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations (IATA, ICAO, DGCA).
  • Lead, coordinate and supervise all ground handling operational functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, customs, police, civil aviation bodies and airline customers.
  • Drive operational efficiency, service quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, financial controls and payments to authorities and external partners.
  • Plan manpower requirements and support recruitment decisions.
  • Act as an ambassador of the company's Code of Conduct and corporate values.
  • Lead performance management, training and development of station teams.
  • Ensure readiness and successful completion of internal and external audits.
  • Deliver profitability and achievement of operational KPIs in line with company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in airport or aviation operations.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks.
