What Impact Will You Have?

As a Captain at Sirio, you are the embodiment of our commitment to providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation but also delivering a world-class service experience for all passengers. In this role, you will seamlessly wear multiple hats, transitioning from a professional aviator to an in-flight service provider, ensuring a concierge service level experience.
You will be dedicated support for an AW139, contributing to small team operating with reasonable flexibility for a managed aircraft flying client and charter operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a high personal standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of the Company
• Support the Lead Captain, by active example, in the development and maintenance of a high standard of
professional expertise and morale
• Carry out such duties concerning the flight, in accordance with Company Operations Manual, including
procedures, limitations and performance relating to the specific aircraft Type, as allocated by the Lead Captain
• Support an open and honest Flight Safety culture which promotes good CRM throughout the company and
ensures risks are reduced to their absolute minimum. As required, submit appropriate Company safety reports and report discrepancies/defects through the appropriate channels.
• Assist the Lead Captain as requested, concerning administrative duties in relation to the flight
• Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times
• Responsible to the Operations Team & Head of Crew Training for duty assignments and training
• Greet passengers and assist with passenger seating and luggage storage in a professional and courteous manner
• Conduct passenger briefings as required
• Perform other duties as required by the business

Requirements
• Valid UK ATPL (H) or CAA CPL (H), or EASA equivalent acceptable for a validation
• Instrument Rating
• 2,000 hours Rotary Total Time
• 1,500 hours PIC experience
• 200 hours PIC AW139 experience
• Valid UK Class 1 Medical
• Valid EASA Class 1 medical
• MP experience is essential
• Hold a valid UK Passport
• Holder of an ELP (English Language Proficiency) Rating on EASA License - minimum level 5
• AW139 type rating
• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK and have the ability to travel in and out of Europe and to all
cities/countries where Flexjet Helicopters serve
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and overnight trips
Employment is predicated on successful completion of Line Training.

Preferred Education & Experience
• Working knowledge of all applicable CAA/EASA Regulations
• Previous experience in Commercial or Corporate aircraft
• Previous Military or North Sea experience
• Strong organizational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills
• Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email and web-based applications
• Must possess fanatical attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Present a well-groomed appearance
• EASA ATPL (H) desirable

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration; chemicals including aviation fuels and lavatory fluid. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Requirements

In addition to the requirements required to hold a Class 1 Medical certificate, the Pilot must be able to complete the day-to-day tasks associated with the operation of an aircraft. This includes but is not limited to; loading and unloading of bags, accomplish a thorough pre-flight and post flight, and assist with snow and ice removal during inclement weather, installation and the removal of engine covers and the daily cleaning of aircraft as required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 23 kgs.
