Responsible for overseeing and driving the growth, sustainability, and profitability of all aviation services entities, including engineering, ground handling, cargo, catering and academy. The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards, while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and productive working environment as agreed with the Group's Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors. The CEO will also be accountable for implementing strategic and commercial initiatives, optimizing cost structures and efficiencies, and positioning the business as a competitive and reliable partner in the aviation ecosystem, aligned with the Group's long-term vision and business plan.

Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with the Leadership Team to align vision, mission and values with that of the Group, andeffectively implement the strategy and business model to achieveoperational and financial goals endorsed by the Board of Directors.
- Leadthe overall operations (ground handling, cargo,engineering, catering and academy) by implementing effective strategies toensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, safety, efficiency,and superior customer service delivery.
- Accountablefor developing and overseeing business direction across all functions, with focus on service quality, operationalreliability, resource optimization, and driving sustainable revenue growthto achieve long-term financial targets.
- Plan,direct, control and periodically evaluate the integrity of the internalcontrol, governance, and management systems to ensuretimely, accurate information and compliance for effective decision-making.
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external regulators, customer airlines, and other industry partnerscritical to business success.
- Drivebusiness transformation and change initiatives to strengthencompetitiveness, enhance productivity, and foster a high-performanceculture that promotes ethical practices, innovation, and employeeengagement, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retainsquality talent.
- Master'sDegree/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 10 years of similarjob experience.
- Morethan 15 years of experience in the aviation industry or related.
- 10years of experience in top management or senior leadership Role.
- Experiencedand efficient leader with strong business acumen and exemplary work ethicwith a proven history of delivering significant revenue growth within anaviation organization.
- Strongand collaborative leadership, entrepreneurial vision and effectivecommunication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, andlead diverse workforce towards achieving business goals and objective.
- Expertisein strategic thinking, data analysis and performance metrics to be able todiagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
- Shapinga clear and strategic vision for revenue growth and effectivelycommunicating that vision throughout the Company.
