Growth Manager Professional Services - Airports & Airline
Summary :

Amadeus AirOps delivers mission-critical solutions to all players across the airport ecosystem (Airports, Airlines, Ground Handlers, Border Authorities, and more). Within the newly created AirOps Product Marketing team, and as part of the Professional Services unit, the Professional Services Growth Manager is accountable for defining and scaling the AirOps Professional Services strategy, directly contributing to the Travel Unit's double-digit services growth ambition.

You will drive AirOps' transition from a product-centric approach to end-to-end solutions, embedding Professional Services into value propositions, commercial packages, and customer journeys to maximize business impact.

In this role you'll

Key responsibilities

Define and own the AirOps Professional Services catalogue
  • Build, structure, and continuously evolve a portfolio of Professional Services based on customer needs, market opportunities, and AirOps' strategic strengths.
  • Own service positioning, packaging, and lifecycle, ensuring clarity, scalability, and differentiation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to embed services into AirOps solution offerings (hardware + software + services), with a clear and consistent value proposition.
  • Co-own service pricing, margins, and contribution to the long-term Services P&L, aligned with Travel Unit revenue and profitability objectives.
Drive Professional Services growth and go-to-market execution
  • Work closely with Go-to-Market and Sales teams to integrate services into GTM plans, pipeline strategy, and deal structures.
  • Define and monitor growth levers such as service attach rate, services penetration, ACV uplift, and cross-sell / upsell opportunities.
  • Support sales enablement with clear service narratives, packaging, and commercial frameworks.
Secure scalable and sustainable execution
  • Coordinate with Services Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure delivery capacity, readiness, and scalability are aligned with demand.
  • Monitor services delivery and financial performance, in collaboration with Business Performance and Finance teams.
  • Use data and customer feedback to continuously optimize the portfolio, execution model, and growth performance
About the ideal candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Management Consulting, or Service Portfolio Management, ideally in a B2B / enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience working at the intersection of products, services, and go-to-market, with a strong business and value-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional topics in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Experience in the travel, airline, airport, or IT industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
