INTERN - AI Efficiency & Developer enablement in Digital for Airlines
Context
The Traveler Touchpoints & Experience Engineering team is accountable for defining, developing and operating all the technology necessary to power the online experience of airline travelers. This allows airlines to excel in online retailing through booking, self-service check-in, self-service disruption, and service center touchpoints.
Our line organization regroups 3 mains teams: Product & Platforms, Solution Portfolio Management & Transversal. The Platform organization delivers a common platform and expertise in the creation and operability of Touchpoints. We drive technical transversal programs, deliver key platform enablers, operate the production environment and provide technical expertise for the entire Digital and Nevio organization, and its customers.
As part of the Platform organization, you will join the SPE team (Software & Product Engine). This team provides technical enablers providing self-service capabilities to Airline Solutions organization. It includes:

- Engineering Experience & GenAI in Airlines Solutions to boost efficiency of our working environment.

Your contributions will include:
- AI Efficiency through KPI framework
Contribute to the development of metrics to assess usage of AI. - Operationalize the open source Prompt Registry and Agent Skills
Streamline contributions and discoverability, contribute to organization and usage of Prompt Registry and Agent Skills. - Feedback development
Contribute to the ecosystem to collect feedback from users and turn them into concrete improvement. - Sharing & communicate
Contribute to share your findings and examples (dashboards, before/after stories) via internal posts, demos.
Must-haves
- Final-year engineering school (computer science, data, software)
- Experience with development activities (Git/GitHub), basic data visualization (e.g., Kibana, Power BI...), GenAI usage for development
- Solid in writing and communication in English
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a builder's mindset
- Familiarity with coding with agentic AI (Github copilot agent, claude code, ...) and Instruction Skills concepts
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or evaluation frameworks.
