Your tasks

• Your mission: You ensure smooth operations and maintain an overview! From recruitment and shift and demand planning to managing our external employees - you hold all the threads and ensure that our client receives the best possible service at all times.
• Onboarding with heart and mind: You provide optimal training and integration for new employees. You equip them with the necessary tools so they can get off to a quick start and feel comfortable in their new environment.
• Management with foresight: Reports and documents are not just paperwork for you - you use them strategically to structure important information and keep track of everything.
• Direct line to our key accounts: You are the local contact person for our key accounts. You not only take note of their requests, but also implement them with tact and efficiency.
