About the Role
As a Pilot with Omni, you will:
- Take command of the skies - operate under Omni's Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
- Uphold aviation excellence - maintain all licences, medicals and regulatory approvals, and ensure compliance with CASA and company requirements.
- Support leadership - assist the Chief Pilot with operational standards, safety systems, and continual updates to our Operations Manual.
- Drive improvement - contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational safety.
- Live the Omni values - deliver outstanding service for our clients while promoting a safe and healthy workplace for all.

- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- CASA Commercial Pilot Licence - Aeroplane (Total command: ~1000 hours)
- Class 1 medical rating per CASA requirements
- Previous Military Flying experience.
