Professional Services Marketing Manager - Airports & Airlines

Within the newly created Airports Operations Market Product Marketing Managementteam in the Professional Services unit, you'll help define and carry out the Airport Operations Professional Services strategy for one or more verticals, supporting the Travel Unit Services' ambitious growth goals.
In this role you'll
Define the AirOps Professional Services catalogue:
- Identifying, creating, and developing a portfolio based on customer needs, market opportunities, and AirOps strengths.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to integrate Professional Services into AirOps solutions and commercial packages, ensuring clear service benefits and consistent pricing.
- Contribute to the long-term profit and loss (P&L) of AirOps services, aligned with Travel Unit revenue and margin guidelines.
- Identify and engage relevant internal or external partners to build a complete end-to-end services offering.
- Collaborate with AirOps Go-to-market (GTM) team to integrate Services in AirOps GTM plans, including customer pipeline management.
- Manage & evaluate services customer demands, including opportunity sizing, cost sizing.
- Collaborate with Services engineering teams, esp. to ensure the right capacities are allocated.
- Monitor delivery against budget/financial targets, with support from business performance & finance teams.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in professional services, business development, consulting, or service delivery-ideally in travel or IT.
- Experience working with Airlines or Airports is helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement service portfolios or commercial strategies across regions and customer segments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset, using data and insights to guide decisions.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
