In this Role, you'll get to
- Leading the airline commercial strategy, key partnerships, and growth initiatives of the French market
- Drive strategic execution to ensure France achieves its revenue, market share, and partnership goals.
- Operate independently with senior stakeholders from French and international airlines, representing Trip.com in high-level negotiations, strategic meetings, and industry forums.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for airline partners in France, managing all commercial, operational, and marketing aspects of the relationship.
- Negotiate and implement high-impact commercial agreements, including incentive deals, co-branded campaigns, and long-term strategic collaborations.
- Analyse complex data sets to uncover revenue opportunities, market trends, and competitive strategies within the French aviation market.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with airline executives, regulatory bodies, and key industry players, representing Trip.com at relevant events and conferences across France.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Revenue Management, and Operations, to deliver successful airline initiatives.
- Provide actionable market insights and regulatory intelligence to support internal strategic planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to the success of regional and global airline partnerships, ensuring alignment with Trip.com's global strategy.
- Travel requirement: Approximately 25-30%
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of commercial experience in the airline, OTA, GDS, or related travel sectors.
- Proven experience managing airline partnerships in France is a strong asset.
- In-depth knowledge of the French aviation market, covering both domestic and international segments.
- A successful track record in commercial negotiations, with clear contributions to P&L and strategic account growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in BI tools, data analysis, and market evaluation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in the airline industry.
- Experience working cross-functionally with digital marketing, product, and operations teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach, comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Fluency in French is essential; professional English proficiency is required for internal communication.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong independence and self-management skills.
- A dynamic mindset with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving and commercial opportunities.
