As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Sr. Director, you will oversee the department responsible for handling the delivery of all quality and compliance deliverables for services provided to clients within the Industrial, Logistics and Defense (ILD) Sector globally.
They are responsible for managing the delivery of all quality and compliance requirements for our Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Aerospace, Government and Defense clients including contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled and governance is in place and operational implementation is properly executed.
What You'll Do
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Director, Quality & Compliance position is $220,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Director, Quality & Compliance position is $240,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.

What You'll Do
- Provide formal global supervision to the sector and oversight to all accounts and employees responsible for Quality and Compliance management and operations.
- Create formal global program and interface with enterprise leadership to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Participate in any sales and solutioning for opportunities with clients that require Quality and Compliance programs.
- Manage all contractual agreement aspects and ensure that the company is staffed to achieve the quality deliverables committed in those contracts.
- Evaluate, select, implement, and actualize best practices across the client portfolio.
- Research, create, and align quality initiatives with current requirements. Direct continuous improvement objectives for both company and the client.
- Approve and negotiate terms of Quality Agreements with clients and vendors. Oversee vendor management program and approve all vendors.
- Investigate deviations, events, and issues. Guide corrective and preventative actions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
- Monitor the training and development of quality and compliance personnel. Participate in the recruiting and hiring of new quality and compliance employees. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
- Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
- Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in highly regulated environments including Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Government and Defense.
- Ability to create a program and implement amongst various stakeholders.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results within a function.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with AI a plus.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Job is remote but ability to travel globally (minimal travel).
