Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Drive Aerospace & Defense customers' digital transformation initiatives through technical presales.
- Leverage engineering expertise to analyze customers' business and technical requirements.
- Develop proposals and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements and technical seminars.
- Lead C-level engagements, including executive briefings and review meetings.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by building and expanding strategic customer networks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a CAD, PLM, simulation Engineers or Experience at Manufacturing Companies.
- Good knowledge in Aerospace, Defense or relevant industries.
- Understanding of PLM, MBSE, Digital Engineering, Virtual Twin, or similar digital engineering methodologies.
- Experience in IT system development, implementation or consulting is highly preferred.
- Business-Level English.
