You can look forward to

• Assessing complex risks and developing tailor-made reinsurance solutions for international primary insurers and brokers
• Maintaining global client relationships, leading negotiations, and building long-term partnerships
• Analysing existing contracts, evaluating loss histories, updating contract data, and ensuring comprehensive documentation
• Actively managing our international portfolio, developing IT-supported tools, and optimizing processes for greater efficiency and Transparency
• Contributing to internal projects, introducing innovative ideas, and driving the continuous improvement of our systems and processes in the Aviation & Space business

You come equipped with

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Banking)
• Initial professional experience in underwriting within primary or reinsurance
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Excellent command of German and English, combined with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion, e.g., to the USA
• A strong team player who empathizes with others, inspires people with an open and engaging attitude, sees the bigger picture, and focuses on solutions rather than problems
