In this Role, you'll get to: <ul><li>Accountable for managing &amp; negotiating various global, regional and local commercial agreements with key airline partners with responsibility for implementing initiatives and strategies to drive commercial effectiveness </li><li>Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and potential business partners; which includes representing Trip.com at all airline and industry events in HK. </li><li>Analyse complex data and use insights to drive revenue generating / share shifting actions for the flights line of business</li><li>Provide analyses of competitive environments and identify proactive sales and commercial initiatives accordingly</li><li>Establish effective networking partnerships between new and existing contacts to support the development and implementation of innovative commercial business opportunities</li><li>Responsibility for working with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to Marketing, Flight Product, Revenue Management and Operational teams in both Shanghai and across the APAC region</li></ul>What you'll Need to Succeed: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above, minimum 5 years of commercial experience within an Airline, Agency or GDS background</li><li>Consistent and proven track record in successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth</li><li>Self-starter mentality, intrinsically motivated and comfortable blazing a completely new path and defining innovative solutions for our airline partners </li><li>Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, must be able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions</li><li>Proven and demonstrated experience with leading and closing commercial negotiations </li><li>Proven experience managing and building client relationships and growing business success in a B2B market</li><li>A good knowledge of travel industry and previous experience with travel technology products preferred</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and lead a wide variety of projects at a time whilst working to strict deadlines.</li><li>Superior knowledge of the online travel market as well as an understanding of primary sales channels operating within this environment.</li><li>Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners.</li><li>Cross functional experience (product development &amp; project management experience)</li><li>Results orientated and experience working to strict deadlines</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills </li><li>Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally </li><li>Language skills - Business level English &amp; Mandarin language desirable.</li></ul>Why Trip.com Group We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
