Responsibilities <ul><li>Operate our proprietary drone technology at customer locations or test sites</li><li>Conduct pre-flight inspections and monitor aircraft performance</li><li>Coordinate with our partners on-site and internal teams</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drones and support equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime</li><li>Maintain accurate technical logs and maintenance records</li><li>Work closely with engineering teams to integrate upgrades and improvements</li><li>Follow UK CAA regulations and Matternet's SOPs to ensure safety and compliance</li><li>Support demonstrations and training for new routes and sites</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)</li><li>Technical background in UAS systems, aviation maintenance, or electronics</li><li>Experience with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting</li><li>UAS operational experience including operations in the specific category (preferred)</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure</li><li>Great communication with both technical teams and customers</li><li>Flexibility to travel and work varied schedules</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Pilot License (e.g., A2 CofC, GVC, PPL, CPL)</li><li>Pilot License (e.g., A2 CofC, GVC, PPL, CPL)</li><li>EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Certifications</li><li>Experience with building drone platforms </li></ul>
