We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Flight Dispatcher / Operations Controller to join our Operations Control team. This is a pivotal, fast-paced role responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily flight operations-ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service delivery at every stage.

The Role

As a Flight Operations Officer, you will be at the centre of real-time decision-making-planning, coordinating, and monitoring flight operations across the network. You will work collaboratively across departments to anticipate operational needs, resolve challenges, and maintain the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Prepare and validate operational flight plans, crew briefings, routing, fuel requirements, and airfield performance considerations
  • Monitor flights in real-time, proactively managing changes, delays, and operational challenges
  • Liaise with flight crews, maintenance, scheduling, and ground handling teams to ensure seamless execution of flights
  • Manage operational requirements including slots, permits, handling arrangements, and regulatory documentation
  • Respond to disruptions and emergencies, supporting the activation of ERP, flight watch, and contingency procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and operational documentation in line with compliance requirements
  • Deliver clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and Owner Services regarding flight status and updates
About You

You thrive in a high-pressure, time-critical environment and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex operational challenges.

Essential:
  • Understanding of flight planning and worldwide aviation operations. Business Aviation experience would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working Pattern
  • 4 on / 4 off rotation
  • 12-hour shifts:
    • 06:00 - 18:00
    • 12:00 - 00:00
  • Flexibility required for weekends, holidays, and operational demands
