You will own the end-to-end systems definition, translating customer and mission objectives into verifiable system requirements, and take ownership of the verification test campaigns. You should preferably bring experience of architecting successful propulsion systems, and be capable of applying it at a significantly higher pace than that of traditional aerospace projects. Your Role We are looking for a skilled Thermal Engineer with experience in spacecraft thermal management at both the subsystem and satellite level. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team-including mechanical, propulsion, electronics, and mission planning-to ensure reliable thermal performance of our satellite throughout all mission phases: from launch to operation in orbit and end-of-life, with temperatures exceeding 200°C. You should be capable of delivering a thermal control system from scratch and taking full ownership of it, ensuring the success of our mission. Electric Propulsion Engineer

The Maintenance Test Pilot (AH-64 D/E) utilizes flight test techniques to perform test flights of aircraft to measure performance and handling to determine airworthiness following maintenance or modifications. <ul><li>Perform test flights and demonstrating aircraft proficiency upon completion of aircraft maintenance or modifications on aircraft.</li></ul><ul><li>Determine in accordance with publications and procedures the airworthiness of aircraft prior to release for flight.</li><li>Perform recovery flights and ferries aircraft to additional sites, such as depots.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting procedures of aircraft on the ground and during flight and makes appropriate write-ups or gives verbal instructions to correct deficiencies.</li><li>Verify forms and records used in the performance of maintenance to ensure they comply with work performed prior to ground or flight checks.</li><li>Run-up aircraft for alert status to perform test on modifications.</li><li>Deploy Working closely with the spacecraft manufacturer at their facility, you will be required to join a team responsible for the procurement of the satellites. Your role will be to supervise the Contractor, to ensure that the design, engineering, manufacturing and testing of the spacecraft bus are of the required quality standard, within specifications and delivered in the planned time frame. Your main responsibility will be the spacecraft platform. The day-to-day - Integrate with the contractor teams, and coordinate their efforts to procure the satellite Platform - Ensure contract requirements are flown down to subcontractors, subsystem and system requirements - Support sub-system design reviews, test activities, data reviews, anomaly investigations and resolutions - With main focus on the satellite bus support system design reviews, test activities, data reviews, anomaly investigations and resolutions - Supervise the progress of the sub-vendor and act as point contact for all technical matters. - Report issues and contractual conflicts affecting satisfactory problem resolution - Organise and record all the Platform documentation on a shared documentation system - Advise Satellite Operations on general and specific operating procedures, and ensure safe operation of the satellites at all times - Analyse all satellite malfunctions and anomalous behaviour. Chief Satellite Systems Engineer

S92 Captain (Support Helicopters Falkland Islands) Equal time roster - 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off We are currently seeking an individual to join our S92 Support Helicopter operation as a S92 Captain at our base at Mount Pleasant, on the Falkland Islands, in the South Atlantic. The operation provides helicopter support to the UK military and duties include movement of personnel, supplies and Helicopter External Sling Load Operations (HESLO). Applications are invited from Captains or SFOs with an ATPL and IR. Previous command is desired but not essential. The successful applicant will receive mountain flying and HESLO training, along with command training (if required). This exciting position offers real 'hands on' flying in a challenging environment including VFR/IFR, low level and mountain flying along with underslung loads. You will join the team at UK SAR, and it may provide a pathway to Search &amp; Rescue flying in the future (if chosen). Duties &amp; Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Maintaining familiarity with relevant United Kingdom air legislation and agreed aviation practices and procedures. • Maintaining familiarity and adherence to such provisions of the Company Operations Manual as are necessary to fulfil his/her function. • Observation, maintenance and compliance of Company SOP's. • Monitoring the pilot handling, aircraft limitations, aircraft performance, fuel checks, navigation, terrain clearance and overall safe conduct of the flight. • Maintaining a high personal standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of the Company. • Leading by active example, in the development and maintenance of high standards of professional expertise, discipline and morale.
